A Website That Runs Itself
Otium Secessus started with a request familiar to a lot of small organizations: a genuinely beautiful public-facing website that doesn't need a developer on call every time a photo, price, or paragraph needs to change. The build covers both sides of that problem — a hand-built marketing site for prospective residents and families, and a private management dashboard your own staff logs into to run it day to day.
Every section of every page — hero copy, backgrounds, colors, layout — is editable from the management dashboard without touching a line of code. Update it once, and the change is live for every visitor immediately.

Colors, typography, and imagery were matched to the community's own look and feel — the log-cabin, mountain-retreat aesthetic came straight from their signage and grounds, not a generic real-estate theme.

Sign in at a private management URL — separate from the public website — with your own account and role.
Pick a Page or Tool
Choose a page to edit from the sidebar, or jump into Move-In, Events, or Employment Interest to review activity.
Make the Change
Update text, swap a photo, or adjust a section's colors and layout using plain form fields — no code, no page builder to learn.
Save — It's Live
Changes publish to the public site immediately. Admin-only areas (Users, Move-In, Website Content) stay restricted to admin accounts.
Or skip all of it — we're happy to handle updates for you instead. The dashboard is yours whenever you want it, but managing everything for you is always on the table too.
Hosting, CMS & Support — Not a One-Time Build
